Website Use, Account and Betting Rules

1. Scope and acceptance

These rules govern access to the Website, registration, payments, casino play, sports wagering, promotions and every related service made available by the Operator. By opening the Website, creating an account or using any service, a customer confirms that they have read and accepted these rules.

The contractual framework also includes the privacy notice, cookie notice, game-specific instructions, promotion conditions and any additional terms displayed before a customer uses a particular feature. Where a promotion has its own conditions, those conditions take priority for that promotion.

A person who does not accept the applicable rules must not register, deposit, place a wager or continue using the Website. References to “Operator”, “we” or “our” mean the business running the Website. References to “customer”, “player”, “you” or “your” mean the person using the Website.

The English version is the controlling version. Translations are supplied for convenience. Services are delivered through protected systems that use safeguards intended to secure sensitive information.

2. Eligibility and local restrictions

Use is limited to people who have reached the legal gambling age in their location and are at least 18 years old. Anyone below the applicable age must leave the Website immediately.

Customers are responsible for checking whether online gambling is lawful where they live or are physically located. The Operator does not guarantee that registration, deposits, wagering or withdrawals are permitted in every country. If access becomes unlawful or restricted, the customer must stop using the services and close the account.

Accounts and deposits are not permitted from excluded locations identified on the Website. The restricted-country list may be updated without individual notice. Separate game suppliers may impose additional territorial limits, even where the Website itself remains accessible.

3. Registration and account control

Full use of the services requires a personal account registered with accurate, current information. The account must be opened and used only by the named customer.

  • Only one account is allowed per person, household, address, telephone number, contact identifier and network address.
  • Accounts created with false, alternative or duplicated details may be treated as duplicate accounts.
  • The Operator may close duplicate accounts, cancel wagers and promotions, remove associated winnings and reverse withdrawals linked to them.
  • Login credentials must be kept confidential. Activity completed with valid credentials is treated as activity authorised by the account holder.
  • Accounts, balances, deposits, winnings, claims and related rights may not be sold, gifted, pledged, transferred or acquired from another person.
  • Customers must promptly update any registration information that changes.

An account may be closed through the support tools available on the Website. Closure normally requires a zero balance and no pending withdrawal. A customer asking to close an account while funds or withdrawal requests remain may lose those funds where the applicable rules permit.

A customer may also request self-exclusion through customer support. The customer must identify any other accounts held with the Operator and must not create replacements during the exclusion period. The Operator may refuse registration or close an account where permitted by law and these rules.

4. Customer declarations

By registering and using the services, the customer confirms that:

  • they act only for themselves and have legal capacity to enter the agreement;
  • they are not using the services while impaired by alcohol, drugs or other substances;
  • they understand that gambling can result in financial loss;
  • all registration and verification details are complete, genuine and kept up to date;
  • funds used on the Website come from lawful sources;
  • they will not collude with another customer or manipulate any market, game or promotion;
  • every payment method used belongs to them and is neither stolen nor reported lost;
  • they have not previously used another person’s account to receive money or access services.

A breach of these declarations may lead to checks, restrictions, cancellation of winnings, account closure or reporting to competent authorities.

5. Identity, age and source-of-funds checks

The Operator may request documents and information needed to confirm identity, age, residence, payment ownership, transaction history and the source of funds. Typical evidence may include an identification document, proof of address, bank statements, card records or other relevant records.

Checks may take place before or after a deposit, wager or withdrawal. The Operator may use recognised verification, fraud-prevention and credit-reference providers where allowed by the privacy rules.

Requested information must normally be supplied within 30 days. Payments may be held and account access may be limited until checks are complete. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within the requested period may result in permanent closure and forfeiture where the rules and applicable law allow it.

Verification is usually reviewed within 10 days after all required material has been received, although complex cases may take longer. Additional checks may include a telephone call, face verification or another reasonable security procedure.

6. Deposits, balances, refunds and withdrawals

6.1 Payment processing

Account transactions may be processed by the Operator, a payment provider or an appointed third party. Available methods and limits are shown on the Website. Where practical, a withdrawal is returned through the same method used for the deposit.

An account balance is not a bank deposit, does not earn interest and is not covered by deposit insurance. Customers authorise the Operator to deduct valid fees, debts, chargeback costs and other sums due under these rules or applicable law.

6.2 Deposits and chargebacks

The minimum and maximum deposit amounts may vary by method, account status and jurisdiction. A customer must not reverse or dispute a legitimate deposit after using the credited funds. The Operator may recover costs arising from a chargeback or recalled payment.

6.3 Refund requests

Deposits are generally non-refundable. An exceptional refund may be considered for a verified technical or payment error, provided the related deposit or bonus has not been used to place a wager. A request should be submitted through customer support within 24 hours of the transaction. The Operator aims to review a complete request within 10 business days.

A refund may be delayed until the account holder and payment ownership are confirmed. Where card risk or legal concerns arise, the Operator may return funds to the original payment method and notify relevant parties. Bonuses and winnings connected with the refunded deposit may be removed before the refund is calculated.

6.4 Withdrawal conditions

A valid withdrawal request may be submitted for available winnings after all wagering, verification and account requirements are met. Deposited funds and subsequent winnings may be subject to a minimum monthly wagering threshold of 30 CAD in the same calendar month as the request.

The basic deposit rollover requirement is one time. When the amount wagered is below the deposited amount, the Operator may cancel winnings and apply a processing charge of 10%, with a minimum charge of 0.75 CAD. A 15% charge may apply where the balance was funded by bank card or bank transfer.

Withdrawals may be declined, cancelled or delayed where fraud, collusion, unlawful activity, payment risk, incomplete verification or a breach of these rules is suspected. The Operator may use a different payment route where the requested method is unavailable or unsuitable.

6.5 Limits and processing

CurrencyLevel 1Level 2Level 3Level 4Level 5
CAD, daily / monthly750 / 10,500750 / 15,0001,200 / 18,0001,500 / 23,0002,300 / 30,000
EUR, daily / monthly500 / 7,000500 / 10,000800 / 12,0001,000 / 15,0001,500 / 20,000

Account level is assessed from activity during the 90 calendar days before a withdrawal request and may change according to deposits, withdrawals and bonus use. An account with no meaningful betting activity for one month may be moved to the lowest level.

No more than three withdrawals may remain pending at one time. Individual transaction limits and schedules may differ by payment method, account level and compliance status. The finance team normally reviews a withdrawal within three business days after submission or after the previous withdrawal is paid, provided all checks are complete.

6.6 Dormant accounts and corrections

An account may be treated as inactive after 180 days without login. While it remains inactive, an administration fee of 0.75 CAD may be deducted each month. If the balance is below 10 CAD, the remaining balance may be charged. No further fee is taken once the balance reaches zero.

The Operator may correct technical, human or payment errors. Incorrect credits may be removed, and incorrect debits may be restored after the issue is confirmed. Funds transferred between customers are prohibited. The Operator may set off any amount owed by a customer against the positive account balance.

Customers remain responsible for taxes and other public charges arising from winnings or withdrawals.

7. Promotions, bonus funds and wagering

Promotions may include bonus funds, spins, free bets, loyalty points or similar benefits. Each offer may have separate eligibility, deposit, expiry, game and wagering rules. The specific promotion terms apply together with this document and control where they conflict.

Unless a promotion states otherwise, an offer is limited to one participant per person, family, household, address, telephone number, shared device and network address. The Operator may refuse or cancel a promotion where misuse, duplication, collusion, unfair play or another breach is suspected.

Promotions may be unavailable in restricted jurisdictions. Bonus funds cannot normally be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement is completed. A multiplier such as x5 means that the player must place qualifying wagers equal to five times the relevant amount identified in the promotion.

7.1 Typical game contribution

Game categoryTypical contribution
Eligible slots, scratch cards and keno100%
Live dealer games10%
Table and card games0%
Video poker10%
Plinko10%
Jackpot slots, Slingo and bingoUnavailable with bonus funds unless stated otherwise

Selected special games may contribute 50% or 10%. Some games contribute nothing, while other games cannot be opened while a bonus is active. The current classification displayed with the promotion or in the bonus rules is controlling because suppliers and game availability may change.

7.2 Bonus play limits

  • Only bets placed on eligible games count toward wagering.
  • The maximum stake while using bonus money may be limited by the promotion.
  • Using excluded strategies, coordinated play, opposite betting, delayed rounds or game manipulation may cancel the bonus and related winnings.
  • Bonus funds, spins or free bets may expire if the required wagering is not completed within the stated time.

8. Wager confirmation and game outcomes

Before confirming a wager, the customer must check the stake, selection, odds, market and all other details. A confirmed wager cannot ordinarily be cancelled by the customer. The Operator may reject or void a wager where these rules allow.

Casino game results are generated and recorded by the relevant game system. Where the screen display differs from the server record, the server record is used for settlement. Gambling losses remain the customer’s responsibility.

Disputes about a wager or payout are reviewed under the complaint procedure and the applicable game or sportsbook rules.

9. Prohibited conduct and account misuse

The Website is provided for individual entertainment. The following conduct is forbidden:

  • fraud, money laundering, identity misuse or use of unlawfully obtained funds;
  • collusion, syndicate play, opposite betting or coordinated bonus exploitation;
  • use of bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, scraping software or unauthorised devices to place or manage wagers;
  • interference with games, markets, systems, payment tools or Website security;
  • exploitation of pricing mistakes, delayed data, software faults or obvious settlement errors;
  • harassment, threats, abusive conduct or attempts to damage the Operator’s reputation through knowingly false claims;
  • sale, transfer or shared use of an account;
  • attempts to avoid limits, verification, self-exclusion or territorial restrictions.

The Operator may review game and betting history to confirm compliance. Where there is a reasonable concern, the Operator may suspend access, withhold payments, cancel affected transactions, remove bonuses or winnings, close accounts, recover losses and report relevant information to competent authorities, payment providers or other operators where legally permitted.

10. Service availability and liability boundaries

Use of the Website is voluntary and at the customer’s own risk. The Operator does not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability of a game or market, or error-free operation of every device, connection or third-party service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, including loss of data, income, opportunity, reputation or expected profit, arising from connection failure, device malfunction, third-party action, unauthorised account access, delayed information or use of the services.

Nothing in these rules excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. A customer remains responsible for protecting credentials, maintaining a secure device and confirming that their connection is suitable before wagering.

11. Changes to services and rules

The Operator may update the Website, available games, markets, payment methods and these rules. A revision takes effect on the date shown with the updated version. Customers should review the current rules before using the services.

Continued use after an update means the customer accepts the revised terms. A person who does not accept a change must stop using the services.

12. Digital notices

Operational, legal and account notices may be delivered through the Website, the customer account, an in-product message or another contact channel supplied by the customer. Customers must keep their contact details accurate and review account notifications regularly.

13. Complaint and dispute review

A complaint may be submitted through the customer-support channel shown on the Website. The request should clearly identify the account and transaction involved and explain the remedy sought.

A matter becomes a formal dispute when the customer states that an initial support response does not resolve the issue, or when the complaint concerns a decision that support cannot amend.

To verify the account holder and investigate efficiently, the Operator may request:

  • the customer’s full registered name and date of birth;
  • the username or account identifier;
  • the date, amount and reference of the disputed transaction or wager;
  • a detailed description of the issue and supporting records;
  • the outcome requested by the customer.

A complaint committee may review the case where frontline support cannot resolve it. The Operator aims to provide an outcome within 10 days after receiving all required information. A complex case may require additional time, in which case the customer will be informed through an available account contact channel.

Where the internal process does not settle the matter, the customer may use any external dispute option identified on the Website or available under applicable law.

14. Governing rules and jurisdiction

Claims arising from these rules or use of the Website are governed by the law identified in the Operator’s current legal information. Any mandatory consumer or gambling protections applicable to the customer remain unaffected.

15. Supplier and territory limitations

Some suppliers restrict access to their games in particular countries or regions. A game may therefore be hidden or blocked even when other Website services remain available. Customers must not bypass location controls or use a game from a prohibited territory.

Territory lists can change when a supplier, rights owner or regulator updates its requirements. The availability shown in the customer’s location at the time of access is controlling.

16. Core sportsbook framework

16.1 Stakes, acceptance and pricing

The standard minimum sports wager is 1.5 CAD unless a different amount is displayed. Maximum stakes vary by sport, market, account and jurisdiction. The accepted amount and price appear before confirmation.

The Operator may refuse a wager, limit a stake, suspend a market, correct a clear error or void a bet accepted after the outcome was known. Decimal odds are used for settlement regardless of the display format selected by the customer.

A confirmed bet cannot be changed or cancelled by the customer except through an available Cash Out feature. Related selections from the same event cannot be combined unless the Bet Builder permits the combination.

16.2 Main bet structures

  • Single: one selection in one market.
  • Multiple: two or more selections combined, with every selection normally required to win.
  • System: a group of smaller multiples created from a larger set of selections.

16.3 Timing and event status

Pre-match bets are accepted until the advertised start. A wager mistakenly accepted after play begins may be void unless it was offered as live betting. If an event is cancelled, related unsettled bets are normally void and stakes are returned.

When an event is abandoned, postponed, moved or altered, the sport-specific rules apply first. Unless stated otherwise, an event that does not finish within 12 hours of its scheduled start is void. A postponement exceeding 12 hours, a change of opponent, a material change of venue or a change in scheduled duration may also void unsettled bets.

A change of playing surface does not normally void a bet. A minor name error does not affect settlement where the intended participant is clear.

16.4 Minimum completion thresholds

Unless a sport-specific rule states otherwise, an event may be treated as completed for settlement after at least the following playing time:

  • football: 80 minutes;
  • basketball: 35 minutes;
  • ice hockey: 55 minutes;
  • handball: 55 minutes;
  • bandy: 80 minutes;
  • futsal: 35 minutes;
  • American football: 55 minutes.

Markets whose result is already unconditionally known may still be settled even where the event later stops.

16.5 Official results and corrections

Settlement uses the final result published by the recognised governing body, competition organiser or reliable data source. Later changes may be disregarded after a market is settled, except where the original settlement was based on an obvious error or incorrect data.

The Operator may settle a market before the formal result where the outcome is already certain. If later information shows that an early settlement was wrong, the account balance may be corrected.

16.6 Dead heats

Where two or more participants share a winning position, the stake attributable to the tied position is divided by the number of tied winners before the return is calculated. In a multi-winner market, only selections tied across the final qualifying place are adjusted.

16.7 Participants, injuries and missing selections

Once a participant has taken part, bets normally stand even if that participant later retires or fails to finish, unless the sport-specific rules say otherwise. A market may be suspended and affected wagers may be reviewed when material injury information becomes public.

If the eventual winner was not listed as a selectable option, bets on listed participants normally remain valid unless the market included an “Any Other” selection or its rules state otherwise.

16.8 Live data, Cash Out and Bet Builder

Live scores, clocks, statistics and visualisations are supplied for guidance and may be delayed or inaccurate. Customers must not rely on them as the sole basis for a wager.

Cash Out may allow all or part of an eligible bet to be settled early. Availability and the quoted amount can change until the request is accepted. A successful Cash Out is confirmed on screen and credited immediately. An incorrect Cash Out caused by a technical or settlement error may be reversed. Free-bet and risk-free-bet wagers may be excluded.

Bet Builder allows selected outcomes from one event to be combined where the system permits. The displayed combined price applies only after the bet is accepted.

17. Sport-by-sport settlement guide

17.1 Football

Unless a market states otherwise, football bets are settled on 90 minutes plus stoppage time. Extra time and penalty shoot-outs are excluded. A match with a non-standard format is settled on the actual scheduled format shown for that event.

  • First and last goalscorer markets depend on the player officially credited with the goal. A substitute entering before the first goal may remain eligible. An own goal does not count for a named player.
  • Interval markets count only events completed during the stated period. A corner counts when taken, not when awarded.
  • Cards shown to active players count; cards to coaches, substitutes or after the final whistle do not unless the market says otherwise.
  • Only completed corners count, and a retaken corner counts once.
  • Extra-time markets use extra time only. Shoot-out markets are valid only if a shoot-out occurs.
  • Half-time markets include first-half stoppage time. Full-time markets include second-half stoppage time.
  • Asian handicap and total lines are settled after applying the displayed line. Whole-number ties return the applicable stake; quarter-lines split the stake between adjacent lines.
  • A headed goal requires the scorer’s final touch to be with the head. A direct free-kick goal includes a goal scored directly from a corner where the market definition allows it.

17.2 Basketball

Overtime counts for match-winner, spread, total and player-prop markets unless a draw option or “regular time” label is displayed. Quarter and half markets use only the named period.

  • A player prop is valid only if the named player enters the court. Official competition statistics determine settlement.
  • For live player props, a wager may be void if the player does not return to the court after the bet is accepted.
  • Three-on-three, streetball and Big3 events follow the official competition format.
  • If an event is abandoned, markets already decided may stand; other markets are void.

17.3 Baseball

Extra innings count unless stated otherwise. Starting-pitcher information is normally informational and does not affect action unless a market expressly requires listed pitchers.

  • A postponed match must generally begin within 36 hours of the original start time.
  • Run-line and total markets normally require nine innings, or 8.5 innings if the home team is ahead.
  • For a scheduled shorter game, the announced number of innings, or half an inning fewer with the home team ahead, is required.
  • Winner markets usually require five innings, or 4.5 innings with the home team ahead, plus an official result.
  • The first five innings market is settled at the end of the fifth inning; extra innings do not count.

17.4 American football

Match, spread and total markets include overtime unless a regular-time or draw option is shown. Quarter and half markets exclude overtime and use only the specified period.

  • First-touchdown and team-to-score-first markets stand once the relevant score occurs.
  • Qualification bets are void if a team is removed before playing and receives no competitive result.
  • An abandoned game may leave already determined markets valid while unresolved markets are void.

17.5 Bandy

Regular-time settlement applies unless stated otherwise, and at least 80 minutes must be played. A venue change does not void bets if home and away designations remain the same. Reversing those designations voids affected bets.

If the format changes from two 45-minute halves to three 30-minute periods, full-time bets remain valid but half markets are void.

17.6 Ice hockey

Markets may be offered for the final winner including overtime and shoot-out, for the match including overtime but excluding the shoot-out, or for regulation time only. The market label determines which period applies.

  • Handicap, total, correct-score and most statistical markets use the official 60 minutes unless stated otherwise.
  • Period bets require completion of the named period unless their outcome is already certain.
  • Draw-no-bet returns the stake when regulation ends level.
  • “Most goals” compares regulation periods and excludes overtime.
  • A delayed match must normally be played within 36 hours of its original start.

17.7 Tennis

Match handicap and total markets cover the completed match under the advertised format. A material format change may void affected wagers. In doubles, a replacement of a named player voids the match bet unless participants were not named when the market was offered.

  • If a player does not start, match bets are void.
  • If a player retires, match-winner and unresolved statistical markets are void; markets already determined remain valid.
  • Surface information is descriptive only and a surface change does not normally void a bet.
  • Game, set and point markets stand when the relevant result has already been completed.
  • Tournament outright bets normally stand after a player has started the tournament, even if the player later withdraws.

17.8 Formula racing

Race settlement uses the official classification available at the podium ceremony. Later penalties or disqualifications are normally ignored.

  • Head-to-head bets are decided by finishing position. If neither driver finishes, completed laps are compared.
  • A classified driver is treated as a finisher even when several laps behind the leader.
  • Fastest-lap and safety-car markets use the official race record.

17.9 Handball

Regular time applies unless a market states otherwise. In competitions with a mercy rule, the official result declared when the rule is triggered is used.

  • Half markets require completion of the relevant half unless already decided.
  • Over/under, team total, odd/even and race-to-goals markets use the official regular-time score.
  • First-team-to-score remains valid after the first goal; last-team-to-score is void if the game is abandoned before completion.
  • Extra time does not count for half-time/full-time markets.

17.10 Tournament poker and comparable head-to-head events

Both named competitors must start. The better finisher, higher cash position or competitor lasting longer determines the head-to-head result under the market description. If neither produces a valid result, the bet is void.

The same start requirement may apply to head-to-head markets in skiing, biathlon, speed skating, shooting, surfing and similar events. Where neither finishes, completed stages or runs may determine the winner.

17.11 Athletics

Both named competitors in a head-to-head market must start. Settlement follows the official final standings. A disqualified participant is treated according to the official classification available at settlement.

17.12 Australian rules football

Markets are settled on the official match result, including any period required by competition rules to determine a winner, unless a draw or regulation-time option is shown.

  • Quarter markets use the score in the specified quarter.
  • A behind counts as one point and a goal as six points.
  • Abandoned-match rules apply unless the outcome is already certain.

17.13 Badminton

A named participant must start the match. If a player retires, markets already decided stand and unresolved markets are void. A change to the advertised number of games may void match totals and handicaps.

17.14 Beach soccer

Unless stated otherwise, regular-time markets exclude extra time and penalties. A final-winner market includes the method used by the competition to determine the winner.

17.15 Beach volleyball

Both teams must start. A match not completed under the official rules voids unresolved markets, while completed set and point markets may stand.

17.16 Boxing and combat sports

A fight is settled on the official result announced at ringside or by the sanctioning body at the time of settlement. A later appeal or result change is normally ignored.

  • If a named fighter is replaced, all fight bets are void.
  • A change of venue does not normally affect bets, but a major change in weight class or bout format may void affected markets.
  • A round begins when the bell sounds. A stoppage between rounds is recorded at the end of the previous round unless the official result states otherwise.
  • Technical decisions, disqualifications, retirements and no contests are settled according to the market wording.
  • For method-of-victory markets, knockout may include technical knockout where the market definition says so.

17.17 Cricket

Settlement follows the official competition result and the market format. Reduced-overs rules, including Duckworth–Lewis–Stern where applicable, are used when officially applied.

  • A match-winner market requires an official result unless a tie option is offered.
  • Player-performance bets require the player to be named in the final team or to take part, according to the market.
  • Top batter and top bowler dead heats are divided unless a tie-breaking rule is displayed.
  • Markets already determined may stand when a match is abandoned.

17.18 Cycling

Outright and stage markets use the official classification at the time of the podium presentation. Both named riders must start a head-to-head market. If neither finishes, the rider completing more of the course or more stages may be ranked higher where the market rules permit.

17.19 Curling

Extra ends count for match-winner markets unless a draw option is displayed. End-specific markets use only the named end. A match must be completed or officially awarded for unresolved bets to stand.

17.20 Darts

A match must begin for bets to have action. If a player retires or is disqualified, markets already decided stand and unresolved markets are void unless the governing body awards the match.

  • Leg, set and checkout markets use official match statistics.
  • A 180 is counted only when all three darts score treble twenty in one visit.
  • Highest checkout uses the highest completed checkout recorded in the match.
  • Head-to-head player markets require both named players to participate.

17.21 Field hockey

Regular-time markets exclude extra time and shoot-outs unless stated otherwise. Final-winner and qualification markets include the competition’s tie-breaking procedure.

17.22 Futsal

Regular time is used unless the market includes extra time or penalties. At least 35 minutes must normally be played for full-time markets, subject to markets already decided.

17.23 Floorball

Regulation-time, including-overtime and final-winner markets are settled according to their labels. Period bets require completion of the named period. Shoot-outs count only where expressly included.

17.24 Golf

Tournament settlement uses the official result at the trophy presentation. A later disqualification is normally ignored. A player must tee off for most outright and placement bets to have action.

  • Dead-heat rules apply to tied finishing positions unless a play-off determines the market.
  • Head-to-head bets require all named players to start. The player completing the most holes may be ranked higher if none completes the round or tournament.
  • Round markets use the score for the named round only.
  • Cut markets are settled according to the official cut rule. A withdrawal before completing enough holes is treated under the displayed market terms.
  • A shortened tournament may still be settled if the governing body declares an official result and the required minimum number of holes has been completed.
  • Hole-by-hole markets are settled after the named hole is completed. A tied hole is a tie unless the market offers another rule.

17.25 Rugby union and rugby league

Regular-time markets exclude extra time unless the market states otherwise. Final-winner and qualification markets include extra time and any official tie-break procedure.

  • Try-scorer markets require the player to take part. Penalty tries are not credited to an individual.
  • First-scoring-play and team-to-score-first markets stand once the event occurs.
  • Half and period markets use only the named period.
  • Postponed or abandoned matches follow the competition and general completion rules.

17.26 Snooker and pool

Both players must start. If a player retires or is disqualified, markets already determined stand and unresolved markets are void unless the match is officially awarded for settlement purposes.

  • Frame and rack markets use completed frames or racks only.
  • Highest-break markets use the official score record.
  • A format change may void handicaps, totals and correct-score markets.

17.27 Swimming

Settlement uses the official final classification. Both named swimmers must start a head-to-head market. A disqualification is reflected when it appears in the official result used at settlement.

17.28 Table tennis

Both players must start. If a player retires, completed-game markets stand and unresolved match markets are void unless the match is officially awarded.

  • A material change in the number of scheduled games may void totals, handicaps and correct-score markets.
  • Game-specific bets require the named game to be completed.
  • Official competition scoring determines point and game settlement.

17.29 Volleyball

Both teams must start. Match-winner markets use the official result, while set markets require completion of the named set unless already decided.

  • Golden sets are excluded unless expressly included.
  • A change in match format may void set totals, handicaps and correct-score markets.
  • Beach volleyball follows its separate rules where offered.

17.30 Water polo

Regular-time markets exclude extra time and shoot-outs unless the market label includes them. Qualification and final-winner markets use the official tie-breaking procedure.

17.31 Esports

Settlement follows the official match record published by the tournament organiser or recognised data provider. A map, round or game counts only where it is completed or officially awarded.

  • If a named team or player is replaced before the match, affected bets may be void.
  • A change in the number of maps may void totals, handicaps and correct-score markets while leaving match-winner bets valid where the result remains official.
  • Technical pauses do not void bets. A replayed map is settled on the official replay result.
  • If a team receives a walkover before play begins, pre-match bets are void unless the market specifically covers qualification.
  • In-game statistics are settled from the official match server or tournament record.

18. Rewards and challenge programme

The Website may run a rewards system built around coins, recurring challenges and one-time achievements. Participation is open to registered customers who are eligible for promotions.

  • Coins may be earned through qualifying account activity and may be exchanged only through the rewards area.
  • Weekly challenges reset according to the schedule shown in the account.
  • One-time challenges can be completed once per eligible account.
  • Cash prizes obtained through the programme require one-time wagering on eligible sports or casino games before withdrawal.

The Operator may correct reward errors, remove coins gained through abuse and change available challenges or prizes.

19. Rewards shop

Eligible customers may exchange coins for bonus funds, spins, free bets or other listed items. Each item is governed by the conditions displayed before redemption.

  • A redeemed reward cannot normally be exchanged back into coins.
  • Bonus funds, spins and free bets may have separate expiry, wagering, game and stake limits.
  • Coins have no cash value outside the rewards shop and cannot be transferred between accounts.
  • Coins may be earned through qualifying deposits, wagers, challenges or other activities described in the account.

20. Daily prize-machine promotion

An eligible player may receive one prize-machine attempt after making the first qualifying deposit of the day. The minimum qualifying deposit is 15 CAD, and only one attempt is available in any 24-hour period.

After an attempt begins, the player has 25 seconds to complete the action. The prize depends on the item successfully captured and may consist of bonus funds, spins, free bets or another displayed reward.

  • The maximum stake while using promotional money is 150 CAD until all wagering requirements are met.
  • Game contribution follows the bonus rules in Section 7.
  • A bonus must be wagered within 10 days after activation. Uncompleted bonus funds and related winnings expire after that period.
  • Fraud, duplicate accounts, technical manipulation or other abuse cancels eligibility and may remove the prize.

21. Final provisions

If one clause is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining clauses continue to apply. A delay in enforcing a right does not waive that right. Headings are included for navigation and do not limit the meaning of the provisions.

The current version displayed on the Website replaces earlier versions from its effective date.
